I rated it 4 stars. Jaco Royale was great. From the time of the booking and till the day we checked out they were awesome. Amanda and Ana both concierges were fantastic. The security guard and housekeeper were very friendly as well. Few suggestions would be in the public restroom there was no towel dispenser for you to wipe your hands after washing your hands. The hot water in the showers was not consistent. Either it was hot or cold. Also the doors in the all the rooms had gaps so insects would come in which was not pleasant. The AC in the family room and kitchen could be a little bigger as it was getting hot inside as well.
