Great stay, all facilities one could ask for. Immaculately furnished with a high level of cleanliness & hygiene. Extremely spacious room with a large closet and all amenities Staff highly professional, well behaved and helpful, especially Ms.Jayalakshmi. Food was top notch quality. The COO of the facility is equally welcoming, helpful and invites feedback, all indicating they are serious about maintaining a high standard and improving where possible. Definitely the place I'd come back to for the next trip. Highly recommend.

It was a terrible experience, entire trip got spoiled withe the stay experience. we went to pondicherry this time to celebrate my son's birthday. cockroaches every where in the room...we had to change the room and in the new room also has cockroaches, staff's immediate response was we'll change the room sir 😁 rather than focusing on pest control. My review...not worth of money to stay here spending so much money.

the room was spacious and clean. the staffs were very much supportive. They fulfilled every emergency needs and cared with very good hospitality. the food was good but little expensive. the pub had a very great view and reasonable pricing. overall the stay was very pleasant.

cons: It is an old property. Old rooms. You will also find cockroaches in the room and washroom. Washroom doesn't look very clean as it an old property. Staff aren't very friendly. You can hear the pub noise which is in top floor of the hotel. Breakfast is the same menu every day. They get mini breakfast from some restaurant and serve it with some fruits and milkshake.

pros : Room size is big. It has a separate wardrobe area. Location is very good. walkable distance from most of the site seeing places in Pondy. many restaurant options near by.

Over all, it is not worth the money they charge. Anything more than 2500 is more for this place.

The staff at the reception were unresponsive and often rude whenever I reached out for assistance, which made my time with family quite unpleasant. The restaurant facilities were disappointing, lacking proper options and active staff to cater to our needs. Additionally, I found it frustrating that many items in the room, such as snacks and other amenities, were chargeable despite not being requested by me, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. While the accommodation itself was acceptable, the lack of professionalism and attentiveness significantly impacted my experience. I hope these concerns are addressed to ensure better service for future guests.
