房间没有图片显示的那么大,但是江景很宽阔,整体舒适度不错。
酒店服务人员英语都不错,没什么韩式口音,交流无障碍,且服务非常棒。
会一直选择的酒店!酒店是新建的,早餐非常丰盛美味,风景一绝。最满意的是热情周到的服务人员,礼宾部的phillip帮我们联系上个酒店取回了失物帮大忙了,酒店人员英文流利沟通无阻。 唯一的缺点就是床太软了有点不习惯。
就像住进了财阀酒店,服务非常到位 帮忙叫车以及推荐餐厅。酒店早餐也是相当好吃,甜品颜值味道都在线

床虽然很大但是房间比想象中小很多,然后汉江的景色说实话一般,非常看天气,天气好才行,天气不好就有点尴尬了。
临时订订房间,xc工作人员的失误给我安排了无障碍房间,5楼,毫无景色可言,只希望那一晚赶紧过去,第二天早早退房走了,也没前台帮忙拿行李,绝对不会去第二次
我是为了庆祝生日才来的,但房间没有升级,感觉有点可惜……ㅠㅠ 不过,吃早餐的时候能尽情欣赏美景,所以以后有机会的话还是想再来!
我提前告诉酒店这是我第一次在韩国约会,他们非常友好地给我免费升级了房间!在这里度过了愉快的时光,休息得很好,谢谢!♡
酒店位置就在汉江边, lobby 在 20 楼,订了江景房,视野不错,床也特别舒服,卫生干净,感觉位置稍偏,周边安静,走一站路就热闹了,值得推荐
