房间没有图片显示的那么大，但是江景很宽阔，整体舒适度不错。
酒店服务人员英语都不错，没什么韩式口音，交流无障碍，且服务非常棒。
会一直选择的酒店！酒店是新建的，早餐非常丰盛美味，风景一绝。最满意的是热情周到的服务人员，礼宾部的phillip帮我们联系上个酒店取回了失物帮大忙了，酒店人员英文流利沟通无阻。 唯一的缺点就是床太软了有点不习惯。
就像住进了财阀酒店，服务非常到位 帮忙叫车以及推荐餐厅。酒店早餐也是相当好吃，甜品颜值味道都在线

床虽然很大但是房间比想象中小很多，然后汉江的景色说实话一般，非常看天气，天气好才行，天气不好就有点尴尬了。
临时订订房间，xc工作人员的失误给我安排了无障碍房间，5楼，毫无景色可言，只希望那一晚赶紧过去，第二天早早退房走了，也没前台帮忙拿行李，绝对不会去第二次
我是为了庆祝生日才来的，但房间没有升级，感觉有点可惜……ㅠㅠ 不过，吃早餐的时候能尽情欣赏美景，所以以后有机会的话还是想再来！
我提前告诉酒店这是我第一次在韩国约会，他们非常友好地给我免费升级了房间！在这里度过了愉快的时光，休息得很好，谢谢！♡
酒店位置就在汉江边， lobby 在 20 楼，订了江景房，视野不错，床也特别舒服，卫生干净，感觉位置稍偏，周边安静，走一站路就热闹了，值得推荐
