Terrible Experience at Saala Hotel, Isiolo I had a very disappointing stay at Saala Hotel. The receptionist and the manager were both extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering help or courtesy, they treated guests with arrogance and disrespect. To make matters worse, the hotel overbilled for the room, charging more than the agreed rate without any explanation. For the price they demand, the service and attitude are completely unacceptable. There are definitely better and friendlier places to stay in Isiolo — I wouldn’t recommend Saala Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and honest experience.

Ok, average standard. Choice of meal options could improve. Parking space too tight. Like many new hotels, architectural input probably not consulted, basic fixtures.
