I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent experience at this hotel. We had pre-paid for a room that was specifically shown to us via WhatsApp, but upon our arrival, we were given a different room that was not adequately clean. This was not what we expected based on our prior communication. Additionally, I would like to address the issue of hot water availability. We were informed that hot water would not be available after 10 AM, which is quite inconvenient for guests. We had hoped for a pleasant stay, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.

The room was very small. No dusbin inside the room bedsheet was not clean

No tv on first day. No water on second day. No telephone of contacting reception from room. No hot water. Dirty surrounding. Old bedsheet. Pillow is full of fungus. No cupboard to keep items.

Top worst service in hotel, no cleaness, no proper service, even no any type of sefty in sun n shine hotel in malvan, deluxe room also dirty its very dirty, very bad, poor experience

They charged for single bottle water as well
no in room water was provided
no preparation for food
also late charges were applied even after asking before hand about charges
only money minded people
no hospitality treatment

hotel is located at market place. food is good, malvan jetty, chivala beach ⛱, rock garden is nearby walkable distance from hotel, staff is very co-operative
