Only hot water was available, i think there was a problem with water line. We were getting water in buckets for bathing. Staff was super helpful and supportive.

Fantastic hotel nd the receptionist was really nice nd helpfully. He picked our bags till the room nd when we want to change the room for better view he still picked our bags to carry to the next room but we deny nd carry it, he respectfully filled our bottles nd suggested us the places to visit. We will safe, secure nd respected in the hotel because of the nice receptionist, everyone need to visit, stay nd have a great time. The hotel was so clean.

I booked the Super Deluxe room but got the very standard room. The room was the smallest room of the Hotel, not even proper space to walk I informed the property owner that I will be late to check-in and to keep my room and not assign it to someone else, but the Room was assigned to someone else and We had to stay in a squeezy room, not so tidy and not spacious. This is wrong you'll have to pay for a better room and get the worst

The hotel is situated in a market area which is a food street which is in a very good location. The cleanliness i would rate is average. there is no lift at the hotel.

This was my one of the worst stay even in a hotel. The rooms are dirty, customer have to request the hotel staff to clean the room, only on request they clean the services. There is not upfront responsibility from the hotel staff to maintain cleanliness in hotel. Overall i was unhappy the service provided by them.
