Overall, it was a decent stay. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained, and the restaurant staff were respectful and efficient. However, the front-desk/admin staff were cold and unprofessional like a 3 star hotel. We arrived a bit early and waited almost two hours for a room. During this time, my wife, who is pregnant, needed to rest briefly on a sofa in the waiting area. Instead of showing concern, a staff member rudely asked her not to rest there, saying that “people are looking and if you wish to rest, please visit spa". After we objected to this behavior, the room allotment was unnecessarily delayed, despite several guests checking out during our wait. This lack of empathy affected our overall experience.

Good food .. and all staff all was good thanks all and awesome experience and food it was so tasty and yummy mr. Rocky sir , all staff Wass so good mr. Devendra sir , miss reenu , miss nomita , mr sudip , miss gauri was good
