Chateau Autignac was the perfect place to unwind from a hectic week. The suite we had was magical and the wine offering from the "in-house" winery was mouthwatering. 5/5 can wholeheartedly recommend and will return!

Wonderful 5-Star Stay in Autignac
We visited the Chateau as part of a 10-day vacation to Spain and France and my husband and I both consider this our favorite hotel of the trip! Tucked away in quaint Autignac, the adorable village is easily walkable with beautiful vineyards just a short drive away.
The Chateau itself is both modern and comfortable, with a lovely and spacious back yard area featuring a pool, jetted jacuzzi and lounge chairs to soak in the relaxed atmosphere. After a strenuous travel schedule leading up to Autignac, we loved pouring ourselves wine and beer from the honor bar and enjoying a relaxing afternoon by the tranquil pool.
Our room was gorgeous and clean, with a comfy bed and windows that opened up to allow in a nice breeze. The bathroom was also perfect, with a rain shower head and plush robes.
The included breakfast was delicious, featuring a full loaf of fresh brioche, yogurt, granola, toast and just-queezed juice with coffee. The weather was nice so we were able to enjoy this on the beautiful terrace...such a great way to kick off the day!
Last but not least, the service was warm and friendly without being intrusive. The manager made an excellent restaurant recommendation and secured us a last-minute dinner reservation, even though it was a busy time due to a local festival.
If we make it back to Autignac and France, we will definitely make it a point to visit again!

Wow this really was breathtaking if you love architecture, art, a spa to relax with good wine then this is your place! The attention to detail is precise and the rooms exquisite. Martine and Stephanie were welcoming and informative advising us on all things local with excellent English booking good local restaurants and delivering a truly lovely breakfast and the honestly bar kept us supplied with their own delicious wine, we did only have the rose and red is their specialty. We had a front room with lovely floor to ceiling windows with shutters so the light flooded in and a small study area. Separate bathroom and toilet. The shower was so nice I could’ve stayed in it for hours lovely soft white towels and crisp white bed linen as I said before attention to detail ! Outside the gardens just flow and we had our own space to relax and sunbathe next to the stunning infinity pool and jacuzzi oh and did I mention the indoor spa? Gorgeous and all so quiet we literally had the place to ourselves. So we chilled, relaxed and loved this place just want to come back very soon!

美妙的住宿体验
我们在奥蒂尼亚克城堡酒店（Château Autignac）只住了一晚，算是行程的一个小小休憩。如果早知道的话，我们肯定会多住几天！酒店位置绝佳，我们受到了热情的接待，床上用品也非常棒。总之，恭喜入住这家非凡的酒店。
住宿体验 - 1/10 🤢 舒适度 - 1/10 🤢 卫生 - 1/10 🤢 价格 - 1/10 🤢 早餐 - 1/10 🤢 饮品 - 1/10 🤢 室内装潢 - 3/10 员工 - 1/10 🤢 服务 - 1/10 🤢 奢华程度 - 2/10 这次住宿体验简直糟糕透了。虽然我们住了10天，而且早餐包含在房费里（但事先没有任何说明），但我们每天只有四片面包，而且我们和其他客人都觉得不好吃，此外还有黄油、奶油蛋卷、水果沙拉和果酱。奶酪或火腿40克就要额外收费5欧元（！），一个鸡蛋也要5欧元。咖啡难喝极了，麦片也让人提不起兴趣。一周后，我们发现床单竟然一次都没换过。第一晚我们不小心把一块巧克力掉在了某个地方，结果一周后同样的污渍又出现了。态度冷漠的经理只会闪烁其词，找各种借口，声称床单三天才换一次。在气温高达36到38摄氏度的热浪中，我觉得床单应该更频繁地更换才对。在露台上吃早餐时，我们发现到处都是黄蜂，甚至还有一个黄蜂窝十天都没人清理。很多客人都对此感到不满，并向酒店管理层反映了情况。每张桌子上平均都有四五只黄蜂，严重影响了我们的食欲，让我们几乎无法安心用餐。小泳池周围和躺椅上也爬满了黄蜂和蚊子，泳池水里还有黄蜂游来游去，如果误食可能会非常危险。我在泳池里待了仅仅15分钟，就起了严重的皮疹，我的女朋友也奇痒无比，尽管我们每年夏天都会去很多含氯的泳池游泳。房东对我们的所有投诉置之不理，最终还侮辱了我们。房间打扫得很差，根据谷歌地图显示，这个村子只有不到1000名居民，而且极其无聊和狭小。没有车的话，你几乎寸步难行，最近的餐馆和超市平均也要步行一个小时左右。村里只有一家很小的超市（Kreisler），只卖一些基本生活用品。这家住宿价格过高，完全不值这个价。

非常惊讶地发现在村中心有一家提供如此服务和如此高品质的机构。
