It provides best location, spacious hotel compound and price in Kanyakumari no doubt about this but I feel management need to work on the following. 1. Never find a smiling face in reception, understand this is govt hotel still a pleasant personality is required 2.FAN regulator does not work for any of the rooms as per support staff when we complained on this, AC make lots of noise. Toilet is functioning ok but toilet floor looks shabby, mirror never cleaned giving a bad look. 3. Worst part is its restaurant, Think twice before ordering anything for dinner most of the guests waited around 1.5 hour with small kids to be served food. I noticed this both the days of my stay there. Better have dinner outside, you will have much cheaper and on time service in good restaurants. Wonder whether anyone checks this. These r not big issues to solve little supervision and willingness is required for management.

Well decorated property with wide & spacious room.We stayed for two days , the property is very near to main visiting and away from narrow lane opposite to sea . Food quality is maintained and breakfast equally good. Major setback is intercoms not in working condition and driver arrangement of stay poorly managed no light and no amenities required for a person needed in daily use( Neglected part). Last thing which is good -a news paper delivered on last day of stay ( Not regular basis).

The hotel was nice, but the telephone was sometimes not working properly.
Spray water was very weak and needed to be cleaned properly.
overall budget and value for the money.
please change the menu for breakfast all 3 day eated vada and idli.

excellent view and spacious property, breakfast is very good and has wide variety
if you get around 2****** then must go option
staff is very cooperative
bed is comfortable
has clean towel and bedsheets
you can find peacocks in property from very short distance, good to take photos with them
viewing tower is nearby for mesmerizing sun rise view, it can be also viewed from gallary

Booked Double room AC but found booked for Non Ac. Luckily climate was pleasant and could manage stay. Unable to get upgraded to AC due to unavailability. Room size is spacious with balcony and sea view, Cleanliness and staff good compared to Govt managed property. Food quality reasonably good and well prepared. Limited choice of menu.

Room is spacious n clean, employees r very friendly. 2.5k for non ac is bit costly.

糟糕的基础设施。没有为顾客提供 wifi。老建筑，厕所不干净，电源连接断开，我房间的空调坏了，电视停止工作。但它有一个不错的开放区域，如果你能订到面朝大海的房间，直接看海景就很好了。不要依赖酒店做任何事情。
