we arrived 9/19 at 3 pm hoping to get an early room.. we were told to come back at 4pm the actual check in time… the lobby was packed and finally desk clerk said rooms were still being cleaned.. we didn’t get into our room until 5:22!
After that everything was good…

Our sliding door in our room was broken and came off completely, almost falling on us. The elevators did not work during part of our stay, and when they did, they were crazy slow for just 3 floors.

Ran out of coffee cups at breakfast one morning.
Hot food (eggs, sausage, biscuits) not hot.
Ran out of creamer packets for the room. Had to go to store and buy my own.

I was visiting from Florida for 3 nights. Decent property nice location and free breakfast.
The only drawback was smell of fish in both the rooms were occupied. Staff was ok

Room is clean, however the A/C does not work very well. Our room was comfortable but if it were warmer outside it would not be. Parking was not very accommodating for our room not enough spaces for the amount of rooms and the room was difficult to find.
