A complete surprise, a truly four-plus star in Multan. Great rooms with a sense of style, rare for Pakistan. Perhaps the best hotel on a two week trip through Pakistan. The afternoon "tea" was superb and great value for money. The service top notch. The only downside is that although it is in the center, as foreigners we were asked to only leave with a police escort. This did not seem strictly necessary.

We stayed at Faletti's for 8 nights whilst we were on a cricket tour of Pakistan. On arrival the hotel upgraded us, at no extra cost, to a large and luxurious suite on the 6th floor with extensive views over Multan. There are a wide choice of food options for both breakfast and dinner. We liked the swimming pool and rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, during our stay my wife fell and broke her elbow, which necessitated a stay in hospital. On hearing about this mishap all the hotel staff were most concerned about her welfare. Indeed, the hotel manager, taking a large bunch of roses, even visited my wife in the hospital. When she came out the staff couldn't do enough to make the rest of her time at Faletti's a special one. The hotel staff, like all the other local people we came across in Multan, Lahore and Rawalpindi, were the most welcoming and considerate we have encountered on our travels.

I booked through ******* who took my money off me. Falettis said they had more ord of my booking. ******* have not refunded my to date despite my complaint.

we were travelling from karachi to abbotabad, and needed one night stop, we booked flaetti's on our way and stopped for one night. nice comfortable place in the centre. pool was an attraction but it was closed.
