Not a good experience. Check in was fine (courteous, quick process) but it goes downhill from there. Exterior doors meant to be accessed by guest room keycards for safety not operational. Anyone can walk in. The hallways had a terrible mold smell and dehumidifier running. Strange smell in our room, along with stained sheets. I brought my computer bag with me to keep locked in the car (I got that kind of vibe from this place). We were there for Syracuse parents weekend and booked late. This was one of very few options available. Wish we had chosen differently.

Wow. Maybe the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
Room smelled like mold and pot. Front desk claimed they could not switch rooms because they were sold out. Not enough cars in parking lot or observable evidence to support this claim.
Sheets were dirty and smelled like vomit
Probably has bed bugs so we are careful about quarantining our clothes

Hello this is my first and last time staying at a suburban studios hotel. First the rating is not for the staff the front desk lady was very helpful and needs a raise. Second I would not be surprise if the next pandemic starts at this hotel. This hotel makes us not a 3rd world nation but a 5th world nation if there was such a thing. As well Chevy should change the name of their suburbans because this hotel makes the name suburban negative. First I had to wait of 45 mins to check in because a problem with getting my room ready. Second the hallways smell like a disease is forming in the hotel. I rather smell a swamp durning low tide then that hallway.
Marks on walls sink etc as you see from this picture. I should not have to pay for this overnight stay. If the hotel was normal and clean I would but if I don't come out with a 6th toe then god is on my side. If management or choice hotels would like to reach out to me they can and I will gladly talk to them.
Do your self a favor get a thrash bag and use it as a tent and sleep In the parking lot it's prob cleaner

The staff was nice and proficient. The room was ok but the floor was sticky with soap residue. The door needed to be muscled to close properly. The outdoor side doors did not have active lock functions

The staff was very friendly and pleasant I had to clean the room before I used it but the staff helped out with HDMI cord and any other things we asked for help with the shuttle to the fair was 1.8 miles away the town has a shuttle to the fair not the hotel the air conditioning in room 269 didn't work and 273 269 and 167 didn't have any hot water just warm water and cold room 127 had lots of hot water in the hot tub but it didn't work breakfast was amazing clean area

People were in room next door 262 having a party and banging on walls till 3am. I requested double bed and was provided a single for 2 adults and a 9 year old.
