My husband and I booked a room here in order to celebrate our birthdays in Austin, Texas. We were not disappointed with the cleanliness and overall quality of the property. I always do a wipe down with antibacterial wipes and Lysol, and I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of dirt found on the surfaces. We will definitely, without a doubt plan to stay here again. This place actually has me considering starting a membership to retrieve points.

The man at the desk around 2:45 p.m. on 10/10/25 had no interpersonal skills. No hello, welcome-in, thank you... Very cold, probably best suited in the back office versus front desk. Other than this, the stay was good. Breakfast good.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a great location in the area. They also had gluten free options for the breakfast, made my wife very happy. Would most definitely stay here again.

Would not recommend
The staff was very friendly however the cost for the state of the facility left a lot to be desired. The water pressure was terrible. I took 3 days of a cold shower, rooms are small.

Front desk service was excellent! Bed was very comfortable. I did not like the shower pressure at all. Property was clean and conveniently located. Shares a parking lot with Aldi's and other businesses. Liked location.
