I stayed for one night on 15/11/25 at the lower level. The place initially felt serene and peaceful, but unfortunately the stay became very unpleasant after midnight. A new group of guests checked in and were extremely inconsiderate. Their children were running up and down the stairs, knocking around and playing with empty mineral bottles repeatedly, creating loud noise. The adults were also talking very loudly in the shared kitchen from midnight until about 3.30 am. The noise was so disruptive that I couldn’t sleep at all — even the sound of them cracking peanuts/kuaci could be heard clearly from inside my room. I have forwarded the sound recording to the owner as evidence. The partitions seem very thin and offer little sound insulation. I hope that in the future, loud and disruptive behaviour will be penalised as well, not only cleanliness for the deposit. I would also strongly suggest assigning private rooms for solo travellers, as many of us simply need a quiet, restful night before continuing a work trip. Unfortunately, this stay did not provide that.
