We booked for the night We stayed in room 3 deluxe family room Room was a nice size Bed was comfortable Location is fantastic very central Room is right on the street with big window so most of the time had to have the blinds close And as it was very cold the AC box on the wall struggled to heat the room Parking is available but there will now be a separate charge

This place describes itself as a hotel but it is more akin to an Air B&B. We never once encountered the proprietors apart from a quick "hello" in the carpark. Our room was comfortable and had space for our stuff and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. However, the room had no opening window and the window was small and high and frosted so you couldn't see out. A/c was supplied but we would have preferred fresh air. The window was so small that you needed electric light all the time. None of this was obvious when we made the booking. Breakfast is supplied as an extra but when we filled the form out and left it for collection, as per the instructions, it was not taken so we had to go out for breakfast. This turned out to be OK as we found a great little bakery, open at 8.00am, who did a range of cooked breakfasts at a very reasonable price. On the up side, the location is great, right in the old part of the town and a few yards from the beach, There is car parking on site.

Our room was excellent, despite not having a window which could be opened. The location near the beach in Broadstairs was perfect, the bed was comfy, and we were really happy with the air conditioning!!

This was a lovely place! Clean, comfortable and a fantastic location. I was pleasantly surprised with the family room, I thought it was going to be a real squash but it wasn’t at all. The host was extremely relaxed and friendly. Two great coffee shops next door for breakfast too.

Rooms at Number One is a beautiful hotel in Broadstairs in Kent. The location is great and walking distance from the beach and two wonderful coffee shops.. I arrived early and John allowed me to leave my luggage there and check in early. The staff were wonderful and polite. The room were spectacular, comfortable and the decorations were superb.

From booking to staying to leaving it was prefect! John was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfy and the breakfast delivered to your door in w wooden crate was wonderful. I will definitely be staying again.

We booked a weekend trip for our wedding anniversary-i was slightly worried as although all the photos looked lovely and the reviews were good i was concerned about the room with no window -on checking in which was so smooth and easy we were freezing cold and we were given keys to room 2 with no window, however on walking in the room smelt amazing, the radio was on and the bedside lamps, it was a stunning room, warm, cosy and so welcoming. We slept really well, the room was decorated to a high spec and the bedding was amazing. Great bathroom, plenty of hot water and some lovely Toiletries too. We didnt have breakfast but appreciated the free coffee and water in the dining room. Really well located, no hassle parking and all in all we loved it.

Highly recommend Rooms at Number One in Broadstairs. Easy check in process. Spacious and smartly decorated room and bathroom. Continental breakfast delivered to the room, which was included in the price and a nice touch. Parking on site and perfect location as right in the heart of Broadstairs for bars/restaurants and beach.

Very good stay with a helpful and friendly host. A quirky B&B with lots of nice and unusual things everywhere. Breakfast bought to our room was refreshing and filling. Local to sea front and plenty of restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend.
