Love this hotel. Chrissy at Reception was phenomenal. Room was perfect. Beds were comfortable. On site restaurant, Gamberettia, has great fresh pasta and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. A block from the river front park. Lots of great little restaurants in the area. This hotel even had a loaner wheelchair!!

酒店很漂亮。不过，洗漱用品种类不是很多。酒店位置很好，离市中心很近，交通便利。
酒店本身很棒……很新很现代。酒店位置在市中心，但我们住的五楼房间在一条非常繁忙的街道上方……而且随时都很繁忙！第一晚之后我们要求换房，但被告知大床房每晚要额外加收60美元，而我们预订的是特大床房。这真是糟糕的客户服务。床头柜上放着耳塞，所以酒店知道这里很吵。体验很差！酒店停车位有限，而且酒店所在区域有很多无家可归的人在酒店外徘徊，如果代客泊车已满，就只能使用路边停车位。工作人员既不热情也不乐于助人。
我们因为医疗原因入住，而且酒店离医院很近。广告里说酒店内有一家意大利餐厅。开了两个小时的车，我们很想在那里吃一顿热腾腾的饭。嗯，我们住的那天晚上餐厅关门了？！！我本来应该重新考虑一下的，因为周围很多吃饭的地方都在步行距离内，但我行动不便。
工作人员非常友好，解答了我所有的问题。酒店外观高档，价格实惠。房间干净整洁。床很舒服。下次一定会再次预订！
