The rooms are outdated, bathroom is just dirty, breakfast is almost nothing, staff looks and work like they don’t want to be there at all. When ordering an espresso and a coke, they brought two espressos, they didn’t want to fix it, we had to pay for both. The bathroom was not cleaned well, there were still hairs from the previous people in the shower and water on the floor. The rooms are supposed to be sound proof, but definitely aren’t, sound on the hallway the entire night, and you hear the snoring of other guests in the hotel from different floors. Curtains are also broken, and don’t make it any darker in the room. The windows are not sound proof at all either, you hear everything (ok, it’s a city we don’t expect it to be quiet at all, but this was next level). When checking out the price of the room was higher than showcased on *********** (by 10% approximately).

在摩洛哥老麦地那的里亚德（riad）住过很多个夜晚后，我非常欣赏这间干净整洁、设施齐全的现代化客房。我没什么可抱怨的，但在一个只供两人入住的房间里，为什么要多要一杯水、一条毛巾呢？真正让我们大失所望的是楼上的客人。显然，他们省了不少钱，装了天花板；地板也铺了瓷砖，所以当有人把椅子搬进搬出时，一声刺耳的尖叫声就会打破楼下房间的宁静。酒店员工肯定已经做好了准备，只要有可能，他们就会把客人安排到不同楼层的房间。酒店有一个非常棒的咖啡吧。
员工非常友好，但经理完全不在：完全没有监管！1）我们于2023年1月9日星期一预订了1月11日星期三晚上的房间，当时已经报出了价格。但11日到达后，我们不得不重新协商价格，因为经理已经取消了之前的预订。2）浴室清洁度一般，显然没有打扫过，淋浴间里还有用了一半的洗发水。真是可惜，因为房间本身很不错，隔音效果也很好，听不到大道上的噪音。3）更糟糕的是：我们的套餐包含晚餐（虽然有数量限制，但我们事先知道），所以我们点了餐。首先，不出所料，对方说“我们没有了！”然后，我们发现这些餐点是在另一家餐厅做的：结果，菜端上来的时候是冷的，而且难以下咽。千万别去！更糟糕的是，电视机也出了问题——虽然只是个小细节，但也反映了这家于 2016 年开业的店铺的状况！

好吧，只有一条毛巾，我在接待处要了另一条毛巾，他们从我身边经过，空调不起作用，我们不得不开着窗户睡觉。一切混乱。插入钥匙的装置坏了，淋浴也坏了，除此之外房间很大，床很干净。
地理位置非常好。酒店干净，工作人员细心。不错的早餐。由于靠近马路，晚上有点吵。当你打开窗户时，咖啡馆里的香烟味就会进入房间。
