Per l'errore della tariffa non possiamo che scusarci sperando che Lei capisca che errare è umano e perdipiù vorremmo dirle che qualora l'errore fosse stato commesso in cattiva fede Lei avrebbe tutte le ragioni per scrivere tale recensione ma dal momento che Lei sa benissimo che non è così siamo davvero meravigliati dalla Sua intransigenza. Siamo altrettanto meravigliati dall'apprendere che la Suite Regina non l'ha soddisfatta dal momento che possiamo affermare che sia una delle camere più belle dell'intera città. Se Lei pensa che €100 siano spropositati per il servizio offerto faccia pure ma Le facciamo notare che, dal momento che lei ha preferito restare in camera invece di accogliere l'invito del Receptionist a farle vedere il resto della struttura con tutti i servizi tra cui l'uso del frigorifero rifornito , della cucina e degli ampi spazi comuni nonchè del terrazzo, la Sua percezione dei ns servizi è stata alquanto limitata da una Sua e non nostra scelta. Ci dispiace leggere che non vorrà ripetere l'esperienza ma qualora volesse noi siamo pronti ad accoglierla nuovamente per farle cambiare idea.
