Had an amazing day trip here! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My sister and I had gotten to our room, which was very clean and modern, but it was only one bed. The staff immediately came up and split the beds into two and re-did all of the sheets,blankets,etc. We had not clarified before that we were siblings and not a couple so that was our fault. While checking in I was able to book a massage and facial day of with no issues and the massage and facial were 5 stars!! We went to the restaurant connected for dinner and all of our drinks and food were amazing! But nothing compared to the complimentary breakfast the following morning! Full spread of every breakfast item you could think of but extremely aesthetically pleasing! The food tasted as good as it had looked and there was also an espresso machine as well as fresh fruit juices. If I were to visit this town again I would 100% stay here again!!

The room wasn’t cleaned regularly, the pillow was too flat, and breakfast ended early at 10 a.m. However, the sauna was a very nice addition and definitely a highlight of the stay. A mix of pros and cons overall.

Hotel Willa Tatrzańska is the most amazing hotel you can pick in the Krynica-Zdroj region. The staff are amazing, professional and very patient if you don’t speak Polish. They helped with everything I needed and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff are super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and for making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant is one of the best in Poland and conveniently located in the lobby, the restaurant staff will help you with ordering and are extremely accommodating which I’m grateful for. The spa below the lobby is so amazing and relaxing, very professional staff that made sure I got the perfect massage and they treated me so nicely. The prices are very reasonable and overall if I need to return to Krynica Zdroj I will stay here without question. Beautiful little town around the hotel filled with restaurants shops and there is a beautiful park across from the hotel up to the top of a beautiful mountain with a restaurant on top. Thanks to all the hotel staff who helped me and I can easily recommend this hotel for solo or family travelers, 10 out of 10!!!

We decided to spend Christmas in Krynica and having had a good experience in the summer we decided to return to this hotel. Staff on reception really pleasant and accommodating , the rooms really are fabulous. We were lucky to have a room with a balcony overlooking the walkway through town. The room was a great size and could almost have been a junior suite! Bathroom is bright and large too. Very comfy beds and a good nights sleep is guaranteed. Breakfast is amazing and something for everyone- cakes are delicious too. There’s a small spa where you can just chill out - treatments are available

I am delighted and impresed of the stay at the hotel Willa Tatrzańska. Located just in my favorite place in the center of Krynica. Very nice standard of whole hotel, with unique Art Deco design. Nice rooms and excellent Spa with great additional service. Outstanding food for breakfest and simply very good restaurant. I was impressed of personal reception of Hotel's Directors at Eastern breakfest. Very nice and proffesionall approach, very nice organized. I feel myself special. To my oppinion it is for sure the best hotel in Krynica! Jestem zachwycony pobytem w tym hotelu. Świetna lokalizacja w moim ulubionym miejscu Krynicy. Świetny standard hotelu, który urządzony jest w pięknym stylu Art Deco. Genialne jedzenie na śniadanie jak również z menu obiadowego restauracji. Ładne pokoje i wspaniałe Spa ze świetną obsługą. Byłem też pod wrażeniem witania wszystkich gości podczas wielkanocnego śniadania, osobiście przez Dyrekcję Hotelu. To był wspaniały pobyt w tym wyjątkowym miejscu i uważam, że jest to obecnie bez wątpienia najlepszy pod wieloma względami Hotel w Krynicy Górskiej!
