The hotel is very nice. It is very well renovated and refreshed. The room we were accommodated in was very clean, large, tidy and warm. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the view from the bar is amazing. In general, the hotel is very well heated, which is very important for a mountain hotel. The breakfast was very tasty. The price-quality ratio is excellent and we will gladly come back again.

I stayed here for 3 nights as a part of an organised trip to Bulgaria. The first thing you notice in the winter is the stunning location - the hotel looks gorgeous when it's covered in snow and has long icicles hanging from the roof. Check in was reasonably quick, so straight to the room, right at the end of the second floor. The first thing you notice is how warm it is - the heating was on full, so I had to sleep with the window open. The room was clean and comfortable. though a bit on the small side. Easy to manage for one, but with two people carrying a lot of gear, it would have been very tight. Restaurant was OK, good food but not much character to the room - but great views down the slops. Nice enough for few days in the mountains
