stayed from 28th august to 2nd september in a mix 10 dorm room! staff are warm and welcoming and helpful, beds are clean and comfortable for bunk beds, specious lockers and clean hot showers! and bathrooms fully functional kitchen and eating area, plenty of plug sockets with also usb as well as by beds! only bad point and it’s not really a bad point is that it’s on the 4th floor and after miles of walking it can be a killer, also if stay over 4 days you get a breakfast voucher which was a nice bonus (roll and a cuppa) they also supply locks and towels for an additional charge (£3 for a towel and £4 lock) really enjoyed my stay and would use again

Granted, I'd had a bad experience at a previous hostel, and my husband was helpful and kind enough to make sure I'd get my own private room at the next one- this one. So I had the bedroom to myself- very nice. Window opened great. Stinky carpet. Bathrooms super clean. Kitchens and lounge super clean. Staff were very nice. The biggest downside is that you have to climb a circular staircase to the very top (a VERY long way) and that's kind of exhausting. Nonetheless, it was a great location and a good place to stay. In my own room. Without any other people. :)

在我们到达的前一天，在我们支付了房费后，我们被告知我们必须走 4 层楼梯，没有电梯，而且我们的房间毗邻一家夜总会，整晚都有音乐声。此时我们无法要求退款，我们所能做的就是被要求搬到一个离俱乐部远一点、更安静的房间，这意味着我们必须爬楼梯和额外的楼梯。每次出去都要5组楼梯，而且房间极其简陋，浴室里连用来洗手的毛巾和烘干机都没有，连洗手液都没有！非常基本和不舒服，即使位置很好也不推荐。
