我真想给这家破烂酒店打零分。这家所谓的酒店简直是纳格浦尔市中心地段的垃圾场，令人作呕，毫无价值。首先，照片都是骗人的。没有一张照片和酒店房间的装修相符。你必须做好踩到满是毛发和虫子的肮脏地板的准备。最重要的是，房间里弥漫着一股在你入住前就有人撒尿的味道。浴室甚至比公共厕所还糟糕。硬木地板破损不堪，你可能会踩到脚骨。马桶座圈上长满了霉菌和藻类，我敢肯定，每个坐过这个马桶座圈的人都会得真菌感染。最后，空调简直是噩梦，你会被尿骚味和粪便味彻底熏晕或呛到。这种臭味甚至能盖过你的除臭剂。最重要的是，我必须说说床垫。你甚至感觉不到床垫的泡沫，而是直接睡在弹簧床垫上。而且，你还会睡在一条破旧不堪、沾满干涸粪便的毯子上。总而言之，这简直是一场噩梦，你会感觉自己置身于一个垃圾场。哦，等等，网站上说停车免费——但你只能把车停在一片空地上，那里除了垃圾堆什么也没有，你还会发现干掉的卫生巾。祝你入住愉快！希望这篇评论对你们选择这家酒店之前有所帮助。你会在这家酒店体验到地狱般的享受。来那格浦尔的Maitryee酒店，享受你的痛苦之旅吧！

Maitree hotel was clean and spacious. Highly recommendable and main thing was that they accepted booking from make my trip. They were not like other greedy hotels who on reaching the hotel demand more charge than online paid charge for giving room.

Good Quality room with quality staff, good service, only con is no restaurant facility within the premises but compensated by online food ordering/restaurants available nearby.

The service here was good rooms was clean room service was available for 24 hrs they will come and clean the room if you ask them they even provided the complimentary 1 hr to stay. I will recommend this hotel

First room given had smell of cigarette. Second room given had small cockroaches. Remote of AC not proper. Breakfast was Upto the mark taking into consideration that it was 2 star. An unnecessary Rs. 40/ was being charged for extra water bottle which was not given and due to miscommunication amongst staff. They waived it later. But it created unpleasantness
