We checked out one of the worst hotels - Chola heritage and checked in here. Felt like we discovered heaven, the hotel is decent for a night stay with good service. The breakfast could have been better as they seemed to run out of things to serve.

Stayed for 1 night at Meher Inn with family. Rooms are decent and fits for a night stay. They do not serve lunch. Better check with hotel if you are planning for lunch. You can find good restaurants near bus stand which is near by.

Spent a few days at the very modern and welcoming hotel. Reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff very polite, courteous and diligent. Adding some breakfast items for foreigners will certainly add to the restaurant appeal. Would easily recommend out of state and foreign tourists to use Mehar if they visiting Karaikudi/Chettinad.
