Very clean and new. Pillows and bedding was comfort. However it was poorly insulated for sound. We heard EVERY footstep from upstairs and traffic and sound from outside. Staff readily accommodate early or late check in. Plenty of room for parking.

The unit was old and the doors need updating as they are missing pieces of the panels the rest of the unit has been updated but not completed The carpet and kitchen flooring is new and the bathroom is updated Overall it was clean and tidy But lacks amenities eg bathroom and kitchen supplies vacuum cleaner and broom etc It was very quiet Javed was very accommodating changing light bulbs etc

Great modern accomodation, clean and spacious. Friendly hosts,good car parking and everything you would need for a pleasant stay.Very large kitchen, clean and modern. Rear courtyard included. Great location, close to shops and centre of town.

The location was good being on the main road, even though the road was busy, we could not hear the traffic. The room we had on the second night after complaining about our first room was excellent, as advertised by ***********. On arrival, we were put in a room that we thought was very small. We had driven for 6 hours that day so could not be bothered checking or complaining if we had the right room. On checking our booking, we were supposed to have a Deluxe Quenn Room with washing machine and coffee/tea maker and a large room. We were in a shoe box. No power points in the bathroom and no mirrors near power points for my wife to get ready for a wedding we were attending the next day. On the morning of the second day I contacted reception about the difference in the booking and our room. I was first told that "you get what you pay for". I then chatted with the cleaning lady, who was very nice, and she said that was not good enough and organised for us to move into the room that we were expecting, which was very nice. Later that day, I chatted with who I think was the owner, and he told me that he had attempted to get ***********. updated to reflect the correct room details, without result. He also told me that there was no power points in the bathrooms because it was illegal. After checking other reviews, and just having completed renovations of my own, I now doubt he was truthfull because I beleive that *********** cant afford to have establishments poorly represented on their site and I know power points are able to be placed in bathrroms with some restrictions. I would not stay here again. BTW, there are no washing machines or Coffee machines in any of the rooms, however there are washing machines on site. Its a shame that we had the experience we did, because the rooms themselves are quite nice. Extra pillows, a facewasher and extra blankets would be a bonus

This Motel Also Has the Units in King Street, The Owner Javid is Extremely rude. no Customer Service. There is a Russian Drag queen that stays between the motel and units and damages and steels your belongings. when reported to owner he doesn't care because she is ripping off the government and he is benefiting from it. police involvement and still didn't care
