房间不错,很大,有独立的用餐和休息空间。厨房可以跟前台要求餐具。冰箱洗衣机也很好用。对于喜欢住公寓的我来说基本满足所有需求。周边买东西也很方便,停车也免费。
酒店地理位置有点偏,外出游玩只能打车,优步很好叫车,不介意冲。再说优点: 酒店房间内可以洗衣服带烘干,楼下有个非常棒的中餐厅,太推荐了!冲这个以后还来。附近还有一个212商场,里面超市很不错,实惠、品种也很多。
酒店很棒,员工出色,服务堪称杰作。房间不只是舒适,更是细节之处都考虑得很周到。照片根本无法捕捉到这里的氛围,亲身体验会更让人惊艳。下次再来,我一定还会预订这家酒店。
房间很好,前台会说简单的中文,楼下就是一家中餐厅,味道非常好!尤其那个水煮鱼比国内做的味道还好!连续吃了几天了
您好,我住过很多酒店。前台的员工非常好,但房间清洁真是太糟糕了。他们只换了毛巾,其他所有能想到的清洁工作都完全没做。连床上的枕头都没整理,甚至都没碰过。不幸的是,我下周还得住在这里。我取消不了,不然我一定会取消的。
差评,去年住过一次也是非常不满意,看在楼下有中餐厅,同事今年还是选择住这家,这次再一次刷新我的看法,第一次遇到这种酒店,退房的时候问前台要一瓶水,不给,他说我可以给你送去房间,但是你已经退房,所以不能给。这次出差两个国家7家酒店唯独这家这样子。之前任何一家酒店,就算去酒店接客人,问前台要瓶水喝都很乐意给的,送机要价70欧,我订携程6坐商务才298元人民币,免费班车都是假的。
第一次差评,洗衣机坏了,说来修,结果从下午3点等到晚上10点了还没人来。结果下去一问才知道他们早知道修不了,只能换房,但是又说当天没房,继续让等着其中两个前台非常不耐烦,好在最后应该是个经理过来解释,说给我拿到别的什么工程房去洗?既然早知道修不了,就不能打电话通知一下吗?就让人这么等着。等着就等着吧,洗完澡发现没有吹风机,打电话让他们来送,电话打通刚说完我需要个吹风机,对方没有任何回应直接挂断电话,我直接就懵了,你就算很忙也要等客户说完话吧。又打了第二个明确了一遍。
第二天上午我就打电话确认能不能换房,说让我下午2点过,我下午2点去了,告诉我现在没房,再让我等10几分钟,真就这么巧,我每次去不是办不了就是没法办。气的我打了国内的400,最后终于换了房,说什么是他们酒店最好的房间。开房进去,然后待了会出门了,回来发现空调漏水漏了一地,沙发全湿,我行李箱在沙发旁边也湿了。正好一小伙来打扫卫生,直接收拾了。随后发现这个房间也没有吹风机,就让那个小伙给我送一个,送来了发现还是个坏的。最后我也是无奈了,就这么凑活着两天得了。
讲真的,房间布局还行,屋内设施就和那地摊上进的货一样,质量太差,下水道还反味。对那俩前台我也是不想再评论了,给我感觉就是你们能给我找麻烦,我还不能找你们理论的感觉,后续明显有种被针对的感觉。
酒店位于伊斯坦布尔的欧洲区,靠近伊斯坦布尔购物中心,但距离蓝色清真寺/苏丹艾哈迈德清真寺大约有40分钟的出租车车程。
这是一家很棒的、宽敞的现代三星级酒店,但看起来像五星级。工作人员充足且友好,电梯很多,速度也够快,随时都能乘坐。
房间宽敞舒适,客房服务也很棒。
我强烈推荐这里,适合放松入住。
前台服务很棒,房间干净又大,就是卫生间有点异味。
