We loved the people at the front desk. So kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean, and pool was nice.

It was the greatest experience that we've had in eureka springs so far! We stay there a few times a year ! Best hotel so far ,! The owner Lou and her husband are the nicest people you'll ever meet they made us feel like family! It was very clean and the pool was great! They are coming to AZ to see us at Christmas! Not only did we have a great stay we made some new friends ! Highly recommend staying there !

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable. I would imagine on busy weekends it could be noisy as it is on the main drag but we were there in a Sunday night and it was very quiet

Pro’s = front desk clerk nice and helpful, room was clean, some updates, shower okay. AC worked great. Towels were nice.
Con’s= bed pretty hard, sheets not great. Neighbor thought our patio area was his, smoked there all the time, left his can of cigarette butts.
Pool area looked nice. They had breakfast but we did not go have anything. Back of building could use some work. Careful pulling out onto road, on a corner and hill, hard to see cars coming.

This is a great stop for bikers traveling through Eureka Springs. they were very noisy but also respected the Quite hours of the hotel from 10pm-8am. so they weren't overly disruptive. the other draw back was the closeness to the highway intersection. truck breaks were going all hours of the night one of the nights we were there and i didn't sleep at all that night lol
the staff are amazing though! very pleasant and they care about their customers. so if road noise doesn't bother you then you'll be well cared for :)
