Really good modern apartments but unless you have a car you have to rely on bus (101) to get into the city. Train is 15 minutes walk away (Europaplatz). There is very little around the place apart from an Aldi (which closes on Sunday like a lot of things in Bern). Apartment very good value for Bern, very clean and modern but shower extractor fan didn't work and didn't get fixed. Room serviced every day. Good TV channels should you need them.

We recently stayed here (4 nights) and were really impressed by how spacious the room was—it provided a fantastic setup for remote work, which we needed to do during our trip. There was plenty of storage, including a great wardrobe, and the kitchenette was a huge plus. It had everything we needed to cook simple meals, and they provided a handful of coffee capsules to start with (though you’ll need to purchase more if you run out - which was a first for us). The staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also ideal: right across the street from Aldi and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop, which made getting around really easy. That said, there were a few downsides. The room didn’t have air conditioning, and it got quite hot during our stay. We opened the windows for airflow, but since the rooms are connected via shared outdoor spaces, we could hear conversations from other guests well into the night. There was also early morning construction next door, and with the freeway nearby, keeping the windows open meant dealing with a fair bit of traffic noise.

The hotel is situated minutes from a bus stop to visit Bern, there is also a supermarket. The apartment we had was a superior queen. The bedroom and bathroom were adequately sized with the added bonus of a well equipped kitchenette. There is a tv with English French Spanish etc channels. Bus tickets are given free and there is plenty of secure parking. The only negative would be, if you set off a smoke alarm you're charged 300 swiss Frank's during the day 1500 at night, so you need to be careful when cooking. The hotel is wheelchair friendly Bern has cobbled stones and some flat surfaces so was manageable, at the river there are bears, the symbol of the city, there is a lift free of charge to go to the lower level to see them Would recommend this hotel for cleanliness, location and parking.
