I reached at after 2 pm I and family have to wait for one hour get the room . I got a room not shown in make my trip App but got a different room .Food is average .Poor experience

Prime location. Very close proximity to Pine forest and other sightseeing locations. Excellent service by staff, well maintained rooms

Nice spacious room. Good and helpful staff. Near to pineforest, of planning for visiting pine forest car can be parked inside the resort parking and go for a walk to pine forest. Spacious open space for camp fire and gatherings.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good.
Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.

Never ever recommend this hotel. Worst experience in my life. The room is old, shabby and pathetic. They charged rupees 11996- for 2 rooms. No one picks up if we call the room service. Luckily my family had one night stay. We moved to a different hotel. The worst part is the way to the hotel which is also the walking path to pine forest. That means you can barely move the car between the people walking through the way and you need to fight with them to make the path. The traffic is terrific at this place and it took 30mins to cover 200m. Better find a good hotel at same price with good amenities.

Toilet seat was broken and we were not able to use it. Even after 3 hours they didn't corrected. Breakfast was of poor quality and some puri and puttu was the items. Not even omelet or egg was there. Only advantage was that it was very near to pine forest
