多年来的酒店经历。非常不错酒店。服务和设备都在线。国际五星级度假酒店。特别是度假村的多个餐厅不同风味还是很有特点。
选择住赛格拉是看网评说是现代新装修风格，因为十年前住过阿雅娜主区，想住新区体验一下，但我觉得阿雅拉主区更靠海，游玩更方便。很多网红打卡都在阿雅娜主区那边，悬崖酒吧，无边泳池，儿童泳池都在主区这边。
在巴厘岛的最后一站，为了这个落日悬崖酒吧订的Ayana，度假村和赛格啦价格差不多，赛格拉比较新，所以选择这里，但是度假村的地理位置确实更好一点。不过订的园景房就也无所谓啦，个人还是比较喜欢设施新一点的酒店，住的会舒服一点
Segara是度假村里最新的酒店，我们入住的双卧套房设施都很新，一天打扫两次，房间里还有单独的冰箱和洗衣机，非常适合一家人住。公寓门口有前台，叫Buggy去哪都很方便。
我们住了3晚，分别吃了Resort, Segara和Rimba的早餐。早餐种类95%都一样，味道我觉得一般。
之前看评论有说Ayana服务不好的，实际体验下来非常好。碰到的所有工作人员都很热情。酒店里也很漂亮，一直能看到工作人员在维护
太棒了，环境优美，ayana度假区很大，但是我们没有预留足够时间在泡酒店，浪费了这么好的风景了，酒店与酒店之间有摆渡车接送的
Ayana有好几个酒店，我选了相对较新的赛格拉，房间很大很好，有一个大阳台。早餐是Ayanaq几个酒店都可以去吃的，可以坐酒店摆渡车过去，实际很近步行过去也可以。我们第一天在赛格拉吃的，第二天去了度假村那边，我更喜欢度假村那边的餐厅，风景很好还有表演。度假村就在海滩边，赛格拉就离海滩稍微远了一点，要坐摆渡车了。如果带小朋友来的话，度假村更方便，下次我会选度假村。
整个Ayana实在太大了，其实可以住三天两晚至少，适合在酒店的躺平族。沙滩餐饮泳池都有，适合全家老少出行。
酒店非常舒适宽敞，房间各种分区齐全配套完善，所在园区绿化茂盛、悬崖海景无敌，我们的塞格设计感十足，让人觉得温馨又美好。住了两夜未出园区，交通、餐厅、泳池、海景、水疗等各种服务都很不错，园林绿化、博物馆等各种体验都留在了我们记忆里，不愧是阿雅娜！
入住时候礼宾部的没来帮忙拿行李，是我们打车的司机帮忙卸行李的。礼宾部站着俩男一女，俩男就一直站着那，女工作人员让我们稍等，她先去引领上一位到酒店的客人了。我们就在酒店门口那站着等着，晒着太阳。咱就是说礼宾部站着那俩男的起到个什么作用呢？雕塑吗……
房间不大，暑假期间溢价到五千多人民币真的不值，如果2千左右还凑合。打扫的挺干净的。还在床上布置了大象，很可爱。
我们住在二层，外面窗景的三角梅很美，其他真没啥景色了，海景被楼挡住了。就是换衣服一定要拉窗帘，那天早上醒来看见有人站在阳台外修剪三角梅，吓一跳，幸亏没在换衣服。咱们房间的阳台跟酒店阳台应该是通着的，修剪三角梅的工作人员能从外部站在阳台上。如果有这种修剪工作酒店工作人员应该提前说一声，一睁眼看见个陌生男的站房间阳台上真的很没安全感。
早餐很丰盛，还有筷子，咖喱牛肉很好吃，缺餐了跟厨师说完立马就补餐了。
园区很大，还能看见很多猴子，都不用特意去猴子圣林去看猴了。
APP很好用，有需求在上面发消息就行，响应的很快。点餐和要创口贴都很快。
这家酒店非常宽敞且一流，我建议把它作为旅行的最后一站！
景观很棒，服务也无可挑剔。
这里有十几个游泳池，入住期间都可以使用，而且还有各种各样的景点，在这里待上几天度假再合适不过了！
虽然这里似乎是很多蜜月旅行的首选，但对于家庭旅行来说也绝对是个好地方！
如果我再次来到巴厘岛，我一定会再次选择这家酒店~~^^
