Please do not check in in this hotel. It's very dirty and there is no maintenance of the rooms. The room is very old n bathroom n toilet dirty. The bedding is not good and the interior of room looks bad. Breakfast is free only upto rs 70 maximum. They do not give gst bill during checkout. Avoid this hotel. Terrible

As i arrived at 10:00pm no one was there at the reception when & waited for 10 minutes. No room service though they have their own hotel and they were about to close. To complete the room allotment process it was 10:45pm and i was completely exhausted. I strongly recommend mm t not to suggest shanbhag hotel to corporate people

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because i found a rat inside the hotel. No amenities like hot water and the room was stinking because of the rat. Overall unsatisfied.

The hotel staff's behaviour is good they have a hotel on the ground floor and rooms are also neat and clean

The false ceiling has openings even in bathrooms, no hangers, towel stand, false flooring peeling off at various places, was promised continuous hot water but it was absent at nights.
