My request are always accommodated. I just wish they would let me check-in earlier than 3p like12 noonish/1p. If I'm constantly being an repeated customer. Sometimes I cant wait or dont want to wait for 3p check in and i go to other hotel for 11a check in same price. My repeat customer status, be flexible, with me for an early check-in. Especially if i request a certain room that is available for me to checkin early. Without and early checkin fee. 😊 other than that i been coming on and off for the last 3 to 4 yrs. Never had an issue with any staff members. They are all still the same..

Hotel is literally right next to the highway, you can always hear the sound of it, even at night. It's a nice white noise. I don't remember it ever being silent. Houston never sleeps, it was nice to sleep to

But only one thing that needs adjusting is to say "free snacks not free breakfast".
Anyway hotel close to bellaire streets,we’re just going out to eat breakfast

设备很新，卫生很好，离高速近，噪音有点大，但是房间隔音做的还可以。空调声音也很小，睡得很好。在汽车酒店中算比较舒适的。位置很方便。离中国城和市中心都不远。没有餐巾纸。浴房设计有点问题，透明玻璃，还有镜子对着床。被特别薄，又问前台要了一床。早餐不算是早餐，问前台，没有早餐，就是为顾客准备的袋装的饼和水果。这个价位，算性价比比较高了。
我非常喜欢这次体验，这里非常干净整洁，而且在我看来，也非常放松。我乐意再次光顾。
