酒店回复: We're very sorry for the inconvenience, we recommend that next time you book to call the property to confirm room type. Unfortunately, your reservation was booked as a standard room which means no room type was selected and we were sold out of queens. We did however give you a King Suite which features a King bed and a pull-out sofa. We do hope you choose to stay again!

住宿体验还不错。房间够干净，床很舒服。墙壁薄如纸。能听到楼上的谈话声，以及两层楼上的人走动声。噪音控制很差。小孩子开派对，没有严格执行安静时间规定。不会再住了。
房间绝对干净。工作人员很友好，酒店位于一条繁忙道路的（安全）附近。然而，噪音并没有打扰我们。只是枕头太软了，不适合我的口味。
