酒店回复: Good Morning, I would like to firstly say, we do not rip our customers or residents off, We have the advance purchase rates up along with the terms and conditions of booking, these in which you have to agree with before you even confirm your booking. Your mistake is not our fault and we as a company still get billed and have to pay for that. The booking takes you through multiple stages where you can see your booking dates ect but we have this policy across the board in which all customers are aware off before booking this rate. I have read the past emails and we have even tried to help you out and come to an agreement but we never heard anything back of you! you was made aware of the options you had and we was willing to work with you and try to accommodate your needs as to not let you down. I would like to say that i have also read the trade descriptions act and nothing we have done or stated in our policy is false or misleading in any way, it all clearly states that the advance Purchase rate is no refundable or transferable again which you as a customer would of had to agree to before confirming your booking. I am more happy to send you over our policy in which you can look over yourself. But as a company i would like to say we are following everything correctly.

Unfortunately, we didn't end up traveling as had an emergency. We booked 3 hotels for our hiking trip and this was the only one that didn't try to accomodate us in some way. I understand their T&Cs are no refunds, but so were the other hotels, and they kindly gave us a partial refund or moved the dates. This hotel also spammed our inbox with several automated/template marketing emails, but don't actually check their own inbox incase of issues. I was also a little surprised to find they had no parking at the hotel, which they clearly advise you after you've booked but is not clear at all pre-booking, which felt slightly misleading. Although we didnt stay, i very much got the feel that this is a corporate chain or large venue whereas the other hotels i communicated with in the similar area gave a much more personal touch.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting. I didn't think it was worth the money as we had to pay nearly £10 for parking and we had to keep the curtains closed as we were over looked by customers on the terrace. There was also a large crack in the sink that had been there some time.
The breakfast was tasty, good quality sausage, but would have liked the option of two slices of bacon or two eggs.
We had dinner in the pub. Service was poor, we were left without drinks for over half an hour after our meal and again after our dessert. The chairs were uncomfortable. Overall, we didn't feel very welcome, which is a shame, because we were trying the hotel as a possible destination for our honeymoon, next year.

停车位非常紧张。工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。食物很棒,而且量很足(虽然价格略高)。房间没有冰箱,窗户被漆封住了,只有一扇窗户打开时一直关不上。床很舒服。浴室设施齐全,虽然洗手盆很矮。必须弯腰才能使用。酒店维护得很好,非常棒。
酒店地理位置优越,内部装潢也很漂亮。缺点:没有冰箱,带小孩的话会比较麻烦。另外,没有电动牙刷充电桩。停车有点冒险。附近有付费停车场,但可惜的是,这些停车位不为客人预留。另外,早餐饮料也让我们吃亏了。直到最后我们才意识到自己在热巧克力和拿铁上花了多少钱。我觉得酒店应该在每次早餐结束时提供账单,这样你就能清楚地知道饮料的花费。酒店员工非常友好,除此之外,这次入住体验很棒。
我们预订房间时,酒店说能看到部分湖景。房间很小,而且面朝熙熙攘攘的广场,非常吵闹。
入住时,发现该区域只有服务员在吧台后面提供饮料,所以我们等了很久。

这家酒店绝对值得入住。优秀的员工竭尽全力,让您拥有绝佳的住宿体验。助理经理Chloe绝对是个好人,她总是努力工作,在每件事上都力求完美。
