最无语的就是一名中年女士,我人站在前台并且已经和她打招呼的情况下,她无视我并且隔空和一位她的同事大聊特聊...聊天过程至少有一分钟,如果不是我说excuse me并且翻她白眼的话,她能继续聊...重点是,她没有半分道歉的意思!nothing!甚至连一句“sorry for waiting”都没有!非常rude!

现在说下墨尔本馨乐庭伯克公寓酒店,这家酒店是澳洲之旅价格最低的一间,是携程推送的,本来没报什么希望,前面酒店也花了太多钱,最后两天想着省着点吧。没想到这个酒店给了惊喜,首先是位置,距离我们上一家艾美酒店距离300米,离温莎酒店也就500米,但从位置上看比那两家都还要好一些,距离中国城200米,距离圣保罗和菲林德斯火车站也比那两家要近一些。其次是房间挺大,而且有厨房,虽然我们没有做饭,但如果常住非常推荐这家酒店。不足之处是洗澡水有点小,床也小。但从价格的角度,真是太值了!
前台大部分工作人员都不友好,但是帮我们办理入住的Jasmine比较nice和耐心。

如果遇到是这个人帮忙办入住,态度一定要强硬并且比她更加aggressive才行。
另外,6楼的房间暗无天日,即使是中午12点外面大太阳的情况下,也分不清是黑夜还是白天。千万不要接受低楼层的房间。
还有,虽然说了房间是两天打扫一次,但是好歹打扫的时候铺一下床吧...除了倒了垃圾之外,我们离开房间的时候是怎么样,回来就是怎么样...
下次不会再住这里了,非常无语的体验
第一站下榻这个酒店,下午2点本应该准备好房间,4点都没入住,一直让我们在大厅坐着,理由是没打扫好,但是携程非常给力,一直积极沟通,给出解决方案。酒店方面最后也没入住我预定的房型,有一个男员工很友善教我用洗衣机,听说入住遭遇后主动提出让我免费洗烘衣予以补偿,但也有部分员工很不靠谱,退房时留给前台几张公交卡写好名字让朋友来取,朋友来取时就不翼而飞了,也没有任何说法。
设施齐全,就在免费电车站旁边,交通齐全。办入住时间比较长,明明提早到,但最后都快三点才入住。房间比较小比较暗,灯光不够亮,没有窗户可以打开,不通风,如果煮食就味更大。
酒店位于市中心,周边饮食很多品种,门口有轻轨,距离唐人街很近,酒店环境好,房间有厨房可以煮饭,出行居住的好地方,楼下的餐厅很多小食,价格实惠
酒店地段优越出行方便,房间很大厨房设施齐全,办理入住的时候给升了房型,但是床只有1.5米,原本定的小一点的房型反而床更大
虽然是应该公寓酒店,但是麻雀虽小五脏俱全,设施齐备,酒店也很干净,就是浴池太浅了只有1.2m,打扫房间也是两天一次。
全家人都非常喜欢,酒店应有尽有,门口有美味太餐和电车,自助收费烘洗机
地理位置相当好,去维多利亚州立图书馆、大教堂、南岸艺术中心……都可以步行;周边中餐馆、日餐、越餐、泰餐…想吃啥都有。
大堂相当气派,第一眼从外面望过去以为是商场。
服务态度相当好,无论入住、借伞、离店,都很温馨。我的英语也相当差,但一点不受影响。(因为入住时看到几条负面评论,有点担心,但现实完全不一样,在国外,你要求一张长着亚洲脸的人会中文,是没有道理的)
房间很大,风景也不错,图5就是从窗口看出去的晚霞。
总之,很舒心的4天入住。
