A super organised and friendly campsite on the doorstep of Norway's National Monument, in Haugesund. 30 minutes walk into Haugusund Town Centre, which is a must do. There is also a coastal walk (very easy and in gravel path) with beautiful views. You can sit and watch cruise liners coming in. Follow the coastal path to The Rising Tide Sculptures. Many thanks to Adrian in Reception, who was so helpful. He put us on the right track re ferry to Stavanger. Cleanliness is priority here and the staff were always thoroughly cleaning (not a quick wipe over) the toilets and showers throughout our stay. There is a beautiful lounge and a viewing lounge to look out to sea.

A very loud Camping Place. People were sitting outside very long during the night and have been very loud. No one of the camping owner was there to watch the night calm. I would not recommend this campground.

酒店回复: Hi Franziska Sorry for the customers that was sitting outside talking during the night. All other nights at the campsite it is usually always quiet. This weekend is a festival weekend in the city and customers are more happy. Hope that some noise was not the whole experience for the campsite. Would love to control all of our guests, but unfortunately we can’t. We would like to be able to have staff here all day and all night, but not sure what price to charge our guests to cover those costs. Hope at least you managed to enjoy our hospitality, cleans facilities and wonderful campsite and have that as a good experience. And not only a bad experience from other guests that is some what out of our control. Next time you can call our emergency phone and ask us to come or if you also asked the other customers to be quiet I guess they would have respected your request

Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Empfang. Direkt an einem Küstenpfad gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad keine 10 Minuten zur Stadtmitte. Hunde ganz selbstverständlich willkommen, wie fast überall in Norwegen.
