Amazing Property Rooms are very clean. Service, housekeeping is too good. Staff are knows English & Hindi and they guide us properly if we required any information. Happy to say again whenever come next time.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for making our trip smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. We stayed at Tea Castle Hotel in Munnar for two nights, and our experience there was truly delightful. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful and relaxing environment amidst the scenic beauty of the hills. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping was prompt and efficient. What really stood out was the extraordinary service provided by the staff—they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. And of course, the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with lush green tea plantations and misty mountains providing the perfect backdrop for a serene getaway. The only drawback I encountered during my stay was the Wi-Fi. It was quite slow and often disconnected, which made it difficult to use for work or streaming. However, aside from that issue, everything else about my experience was excellent. The service was great, the environment was comfortable, and I was overall very satisfied.

The location of the hotel is very good. However, the rooms are well below standard. I was initially given a room that had ants; when I complained, I was told it was nothing serious and was casually told that some sugar might have fallen, which was unacceptable. There were also black ants in the bathroom. After contacting my travel agent, my room was finally changed. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The electric kettle in the new room was not working and I had to call the reservations desk to get it replaced. The water heater was also not functioning; when I raised this issue, I was informed that it would be fixed within an hour, which never happened. Additionally, the TV remote had no batteries and the TV channels were deactivated. The only positive aspect of my stay was the food, which was very good. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have had. The reservation and housekeeping staff were extremely rude and far below acceptable service standards.

The stay was beyond good. The staffs were extremely humble, polite and helpful. We loved the food at both breakfast and dinner, it was delicious and abundant. The room was very spacious and clean.
