Very nice hotel
Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are spacious and allowed me to spread out. Bathrooms were well done with a nice walk-in shower. Breakfast was excellent. It was quiet and the room was dark when sleeping. Plenty of convenience around the hotel with grocery, food, and shopping within casual walking distance.

Your staff are excellent! Beautiful hotel and area! We would highly recommend the BirdDog Barbecue! It is walkable, they were very helpful and the food was excellent!

The only negative about our room, #106, was that the last night we were there it rained pretty hard and our room had a back patio and it flooded into our room. We had to put several towels around the door to stop the water. Other than that minor inconvenience, the room was great.

2025年6月，我们驾车穿越科罗拉多州，在这家酒店住了两晚。酒店位置极佳，位于科罗斯普林斯东北部。酒店相当新，房间宽敞，并设有独立的休息区。房间相当干净（除了地板上有一些面包屑和之前一位客人留下的长发，有点可惜）。床铺也很不错。前台服务快捷友好。对于同级别的酒店来说，早餐的准备工作做得相当到位。大厅、电梯和早餐室等公共区域的地板破损严重。对于这么新的酒店来说，这看起来不太美观。但总的来说，我们一定会再来的。
在科罗拉多斯普林斯住了32年，把房子卖了。我们在这里住了5天，周一的入住简直是噩梦，排队很长。然后我们在三楼订了一间适合三个成年人的套房，这套房是为听障人士准备的，对他们来说什么都行不通 :-(
连续四天，我们每天早上都听到楼上的人凌晨四点起床，把我们吵醒。第五天，我们楼上又住着一家人，他们快到半夜才入住，孩子们在房间里跑来跑去，足足有20分钟。房间里没有儿童床，只有儿童床，我喜欢这种床，但是对楼下的人来说太吵了，因为他们的桌椅来回移动。我们入住时发现房间里没有折叠床的床单，于是我们又回到前台，结果没有毯子，但前台的一个小姑娘说她会把毯子拿上来（是的，我忙着发短信）。我打电话给前台，没人接，所以我把被子给了儿子，我和丈夫睡在一张紧凑的大床上。第二天早上6点，早餐很棒，我们是第一批到的，因为包装工要来。我真是不敢相信接下来的三天，那个负责早餐的人（中东裔或拉丁裔）简直是一场灾难。有一天，餐厅挤满了客人，没有食物，火锅盘空了等等，而这个人却在后屋忙着打电话（解雇他吧，人们会很乐意接受他的职责）。昨天没有苹果汁，三个饮水机只有水，所以我的丈夫在他最喜欢的藏身之处再次找到了他，用他心爱的手机告诉他“这三个都只是水”。他知道。
