My Mum has recently moved into a care home in Worksop. We need to visit every few weeks, and as we live 2 hours away from Worksop we decided to use the Premier Inn Worksop for the first time recently. Chell checked us in and she was lovely - she was coming to the end of a 12 hour shift, so I'm surprised she could string two words together, but she was very welcoming and chatty. The room was clean and practical and there was a kettle - I love a kettle! We popped into the Beefeater for a drink and the staff there were also very pleasant. We came back for a nightcap after we had been out for dinner and I would say that was the most disappointing part of the visit - the staff seemed desperate to pack up and go home. There were guests still arriving who wanted food. We might need a later dinner when we visit, but I suppose if we book a table this will be okay. Overall, all good - thank you.

Had a great stay. Stayed here over the festive period to see family, and this hotel didn't disappoint. The room was what we expected, but the staff was so friendly and helpful.

I stayed in this Premier Inn for 1N. Like all Premier Inns, the rooms were of decent quality - both these and the breakfast are a known quantity. I'm slightly surprised to see so many 5* reviews by people who have only made one review on tripadvisor, most of which name check particular staff members. I suppose they must have been motivated by great service.

I have stayed at this particular hotel a few times and this has been the best so far. No problems with heating and noise from a car park. You always know what to expect from a Premier Room but being warm and it being nice and quiet can vary. This visit was excellent. All staff we saw were friendly and helpful, check in was easy, as was check out. I will definitely stay again as it is perfectly located when I visit family.

My mum and dad stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on Christmas eve and Christmas day, using it as a base to visit family over Christmas. Chell was on reception at check in and was extremely helpful, going out of her way to ensure my mum and dad had everything they needed in their accessible room. Chell changed the room without any issue for a room with a level access shower rather than a bath to make it easier for them. My mum and dads experience at this hotel was positive from start to finish, large, clean, spacious room with all the facilities you could need including coffee machine and fridge. Chell and other staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Chell came to find my mum and dad in the resteraunt this morning to wish them well. 9 of us met for a family breakfast in the hotel restaurant this morning, the manager and staff were very welcoming and accommodating, finding a chair my dad could easily transfer in and out of and allowing him to park his mobility scooter nearby. Friendly chef on the breakfast buffet and a really positive experience all round. These sound like little things but they make a massive difference, especially when its difficult to travel and access places. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Christmas break, staff were so good from us arriving until leaving, room was clean and welcoming and we even had a present and card given to us on Christmas Eve.

This hotel is the best premier inn we have stayed in. The customer service was outstanding, Abbie gave my children a colouring pack and sweets which was a nice touch. In the room there was hot chocolate waiting along with biscuits. This made our Christmas visit to see family extra special.

The location is great, Premier Inn is consistently good and you know what you're getting. The Worksop hotel is clean, quiet and a pleasant stay with easy access to the M1. It's handy to know that there's a sainsburys and various takeaways on the same retail park.
