The staff is awesome and cooperative. The food quality is classic and tasty. The ambience is too excellent and it is very connected to market place. Rooms are clean.

Good food was there...
But regarding stay i was booked super deluxe cottage..but for i was disappointed with that because tv was not working.. then there was Lizard in bathroom and room...many insects was there in room..after complening tv was started but still lizard and insects was there in room..so we can't sleep properly at night

Issued poor room i have Video of room, Entrance in broken condition, A/c not working, Fan has sound can't sleep, Tv also not working , My room no. 122. They have good room empty in my catagory, After requesting them & given call to Make my trip, customer care than they replaced my room. Very bad experience. Not enjoying for full 1 day.

The best location nearest to the market and Ambiance is very well maintained...Pure Veg. food is awesome. The swimming pool is nicely maintained....
The staff and Rooms are in very good condition. Greenery is superb.

I have been staying at this property quite a few times now and always find it extremely good. The location is perfect with close proximity to the market which is a happening area of Mahabaleshwar. The food is delicious with lot of variety in breakfast. For lunch or dinner, you have ala carte menu which is really extensive. The staff is very supportive and courteous. The rooms are clean and hygienic.

Property is well maintained. They have over 100 rooms, 2 banquet halls, 2 restaurants and swimming pool and spa.. Spa service is very good and professional
