Fabulous haven by the sea
What a beautiful little oasis. From the moment youi step inside you are greeted with such friendliness and joy. The property is beautifully decorated, so relaxing. The rooms are spacious and all the amenities you'd expect, plus those little extra attention to detail items, that just make you smile. The two wonderful guys that run are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay special. The breakfast, is out of this world. Amazing choice, cooked to perfection and high quality produce, cooked with love. I can honestly say its the best I've ever had and I've stayed in 1000s of places across the world. I thoroughly enjoyed staying and I shall definitely be back. 10 out of 10.

Amazing experience, one of the best breakfast menus I've come across - if I could I'd have stayed longer so I could work my way through everything! Our hosts were informative and made sure we had everything we needed our stay. Thank you both 🙏

Comfortable and welcoming
B&B rather than a hotel, tastefully and artistically decorated throughout. Attention to detail in the comfortable and well facilitated en suite room. Big choice of freshly made breakfasts which you request from the night before. Mark and Derek are welcoming, helpful with local knowledge and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is good for walking to nearby pubs, restaurants, shops and the sea.

Im so glad we booked the cornerhouse for our our stay in Lowestoft not only for being close to all the amenities because it was one of the nicest cleanest hotels we have stayed in, Thank you Derek and Mark for a great weekend
