Great Hotel in Lipa Philippines
Visiting old friends in Lipa. Hotel had hugh rooms that were very well layed out. Food was fantastic. Everyone had a smile and service perfect.

Theme is pre Spanish era. Furnitures and decorations are mostly old/antique. Clean rooms and courteous staff. With limited amenities, the price might be too high for some. Conveniently located near mall and city of Lipa.

This is a very disturbing and inconvenient hotel. The electricity is flicking on and off. Receptionist will call you at 2am, wake you up and disturb your sleep. Room charge is not available, they do not trust their guest that they have the ability to pay. Lastly, if you wish to extend your stay at the hotel lobby, you will be discourage and will ask you to extend it online. Like your room will just be beside the front lobby and they cannot entertain your request to extend your stay. I will not come back in that hotel even though they have a nice ambiance, the service ans treatment of the front officers are the worst.

The worst hotel I stayed in while I am travelling the world. The WiFi is too slow, I suffered at least 2 power cuts a day, there is no place to put a toilet bag in the bathroom and nothing to put your suitcase and open it comfortably. And the philippino restaurant associated to the hotel is not able to deliver a simple eggs and bacon at breakfast, neither to honour the proposed menu. Zero, zero, zero !!!!!

I like the history that the hotel likes to showcase. The layout was very nice and spacious and the food was delicious. The only issue I had was there was no fridge in the room, but that’s a minor issue
