location was nice ... but when it comes to staying it's not upto the mark
in the same floor there was an arrangement of smoking zone, which creates discomfort for the people who will not , hygiene was not upto the mark
support staff were not available 24x7 ... atleast for 10hours there was difficulty to get the support, one of the room allotted was not cleaned literally which it needs to be before handover to us, in short this is not good to stay for families that's why I am giving 3 out of 5 , choice is yours .. Not so much good for families to stay , especially for vegetarian and non smokers

Responsive staffs with good breakfast. Rooms are clean but clothes,towel are not properly maintained/washed. Washroom too not cleaned properly and sanitized. Good for short stay if management attends customer feedback effectively.

The location and food at breakfast was too good. Just the hotel need’s to focus more on maintaining the hygiene inside lift and lobby areas as the smell was not so good and cleanliness. Rooms are needs to be maintained more properly by repairing the broken parts. But staffs behavior are good.

The staff were completely unprofessional. i ordered a toothpaste & brush at 6:30 am today but they were neglecting & speaking for 30/- to get it 5 staff crew were there when I finally got down around 7:30 am. I'm completely struck, so I went all alone to the market and got what I need

I am a regular to this place. Recently I have noticed that the overall stay experience has become better. The staff is very helpful, especially Bahadur is almost indispensable. The Breakfast quality has also improved but still more variety needs to be added. The rooms are good and spacious, but the walls look old and patchy. A few compliments like dental care ***** with soap and shampoo will be appreciated. Overall a nice place to stay, value for money.
