前台办理入住高效，主动告知酒店设施位置与周边出行建议，服务热情会帮忙叫车租车。房间环境很干净整洁
一家过夜还算可以的酒店。设施比较老旧，Trip.com上说最近翻新过，但实际上并没有。电梯很慢，而且酒店只有一部，每次都要等好几分钟。
工作人员的英语很差。床也不舒服。
优点是：早餐区的工作人员非常可爱。早餐种类不多，西式选择只有炒鸡蛋，但他们非常努力，而且和前台人员不同，他们会说英语:)
推荐，订的房间带阳台，舒适卫生，服务态度好，不少欧美游客入住，虽然早餐品类不算多，也还是可以的，有机会还来这里入住
在去河江旅行前，我们搬到了这家酒店。之前的酒店太糟糕了，我们临时选择了Minasi，但工作人员非常乐于助人，帮了我们很多。我们很快会再来的。谢谢你们🙏
服务好好，环境也不错，每天有早餐品类也很丰富
带家人短途旅行选了这家三星酒店，看重的是它离景区近，步行10分钟就能到入口，省了不少交通麻烦。房间里的设施中规中矩，电视能看的频道不多，但孩子睡前看会儿动画也够了；空调制冷挺快，就是运行时有点噪音，浅眠的人可能需要开静音模式。早餐是简单的自助，粥、包子、鸡蛋这些基础品类都有，味道不算出色但管饱，胜在7点就开餐，赶早去景区不用饿着肚子。唯一不太满意的是走廊灯光偏暗，晚上回来总觉得有点压抑，总体来说，适合对住宿没太高要求、更看重“位置+性价比”的家庭游客。
我遇到的每位工作人员都很棒，包括艾玛、艾米丽、海伦、莱拉，还有一位（我记得好像叫马克，但我不太确定）。
酒店附近有很多不错的咖啡馆和面包店，步行到老城区和其他景点也相对较近，而且路程很愉快，又不会感到嘈杂或过于市中心。
在越南非常开心的七天！酒店人员的服务非常非常非常周到细致！英语都很好很热心～看见行李都会主动提前来出租车后备箱帮忙提行李！酒店早餐也还不错！我们最后一天早上要赶早班机回国 前台人员还帮我们提前打包好了早餐让我们带着路上吃！
服务很好，工作人员都很贴心，早餐也很不错，粉很好吃，携程上只写了越南语前台，但是大堂经理会讲中文，其他工作人员都可以进行英文沟通👍👍
看照片感觉不错第一次预订。
第一晚睡的房间隔音非常差，跟前台说过后积极回应，调整到大房间，很不错。
另外早餐也可以。
