这是我第二次入住这家酒店。第一次入住时，他们给我们安排了一间不错的房间，但第二次却不如预期。周六办理入住时，前台的那位女士态度不太友好。我甚至询问是否可以换房，因为衣橱里的镜子坏了，但很遗憾，她说没有空房了。房间也不是很干净，我在地板上发现了一些污垢，但总体来说还可以，不算好，但也还可以。我希望下次他们能给我们升级房间，而且下次不会再有破镜子了。

太糟糕了！我们入住这家酒店是为了参加一个清晨的体育赛事。办理入住时，前台向我们保证早餐会在早上6:30供应，而且已经有很多与体育赛事相关的预订。周六早上6:30，我们到达酒吧准备享用早餐，但餐厅工作人员却告诉我们早餐要到7点才开始。我立即前往前台，与夜班经理交涉，经理却说餐厅工作人员没有接到提前开始工作的通知，他们也无能为力。我们入住这家酒店的全部原因就是为了观看比赛和享用早餐，但酒店工作人员却丝毫没有尽力满足我们的需求，也没有承担经理之前承诺的责任。我绝对不会推荐任何人因为任何重要的事情入住这家酒店。

I stayed for 4 nights on a work trip. The hotel was older with finishes that needed replacing. The furniture in my room was worn and the carpet needed replacing. I also found a few beetles in various areas of the room which was quite upsetting. I made the best of it but would not stay there again.

Clean hotel. Nice rooms && decor. The staff wasn’t bad but they weren’t on point. Gave me a room with no television in the bedroom. Said it was was noted but still let me book the room. I had the room decorated prior to my arrival. When I arrived noticed it but switching rooms wasn’t an option though offered . But couldn’t due to it being decorated. Nevertheless it could have been avoided. Also I was charged an extra $69 after I checked out. Nobody could explain the charges and they refunded it. But what if I hadn’t checked my personal accounts. And there’s an additional $50 insurance fee at arrival. Nice hotel but subpar service on the office side of things.
