No Customer Service
Customer service does NOT exist here. Staff do not care. I went to check in at the front desk, no one was around for about 5 minutes, then when someone did show up they were in a hoodie, sandals and when asking if i was here to check in, after I said hello and yes we are, they answered back saying “not with that attitude”. Once we got up to the room, the main door couldn’t even lock, the bathroom was dirty with used toilet paper from the previous guests, and the fridge was barely working. This was honestly the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had, I will not be staying at any comfort inn hotel again.

1) the front desk was never there. I literally waited 45min to check in bc no one was at front
2) the room was dirty- the floor had all types of different stains on it. The walls and furniture are stained and scuffed. The walls also had a film on it like grease. The toilet seat had scuff marks and stains as well. The water from the sink had poor pressure
3) the room was not vacuumed the microwave did not work and the fridge smelled horrible and also had left over food crumbs in it
4) so over all if ur looking for a long stay I don’t recommend. Only for 1 night max 2

When we arrived to check in, there was no one in the lobby and we waited around 20 minutes for the person to arrive. They gave us the key and when we got to the room, the key didn't work and there was a cockroach next to the door... I canceled and went to another hotel. They still haven't returned my security deposit.
