However, we have invested significantly in soundproofing our rooms, and many guests do enjoy the nighttime quiet. As for breakfast on the terrace, many guests appreciate the opportunity to dine outdoors with a lake view, although we understand that proximity to the road may not be to everyone's liking. Our junior suites are designed in a modern and minimalist style to provide a bright and relaxing atmosphere. We’re sorry that the decor felt “bare” to you — this is a deliberate design choice aimed at appealing to an international audience. Regarding wardrobe space, we appreciate your feedback and will consider solutions to improve storage in the future. Balconies are furnished functionally, in consideration of safety and space. The poufs you saw are part of the furnishings of higher-category rooms. It was not possible to provide one upon request as they are reserved for those specific room types, which at the time were occupied. We’re sorry if the response came across as unfriendly — that was not our intention. The choice of glass railings was made to preserve the stunning lake view without obstruction. Our hotel is located in a quiet, panoramic area slightly elevated above the center. The 30-minute walk to Limone is well appreciated by guests who enjoy walking, but we understand it may be tiring for some, especially in summer. That’s why we offer a shuttle service for a small fee — an optional service that allows us to keep it running regularly and reliably. Our rooms are generally appreciated for their generous size and the privacy they provide. Furthermore, our Reception Staff speak fluent English, Italian, and German to ensure excellent hospitality for our international clientele. We would also like to point out that many of our collaborators have been part of our Team for many years, so they are not temporary staff. Regarding the management of queues in the restaurant, we respectfully disagree, as we constantly work to guarantee efficient and satisfactory service. 我们入住了这家位于加尔达湖畔的酒店，非常满意。湖景美得令人窒息，非常适合放松身心，欣赏令人难忘的美景。房间漂亮、布置高雅、宽敞，最重要的是，干净整洁。食物美味可口，菜肴烹制精良，服务周到热情。此外，工作人员总是乐于助人、热情友好，让入住体验更加愉悦。强烈推荐给那些寻求舒适优美湖畔体验的客人。

酒店很棒，一尘不染，所有员工都非常友好。泳池区很漂亮，救生员也很有魅力。早餐很棒，冷热食物种类丰富。特别喜欢鲜榨果汁机。我们晚上吃了一次，食物也很棒。我们的417房间每天都保持干净整洁，提供免费洗漱用品和充足的毛巾。通往较高房间的坡度相当陡峭，对于行动不便的人来说可能比较困难，但从宽敞的阳台上可以欣赏到湖对岸马尔切西内的美景。我想说，步行到利莫内市中心需要15分钟以上，尤其是在35度的高温下，大概需要25分钟，但非常值得，因为这里有很多很棒的餐厅和饮品。环湖渡轮也很方便。一定会再次入住。
我刚读了朋友玛努埃拉八月份的评论以及酒店的回复。我很少写评论，但有些事情需要澄清。关于八月节当晚供应的鱼，很遗憾地说（我必须指出，我住在海边小镇，对新鲜鱼类很了解），它们并不新鲜，尤其是牡蛎（虽然摆盘精美），更适合那些对牡蛎不太了解的外国客人。我觉得老板在室内举办“私人”派对，却只通过音响系统播放给室外客人听，这种做法极其失礼。完全没有理由只在老板和他的朋友们所在的有顶棚区域播放音乐，更何况当时天气很好。当时，服务员竟然解释说，因为外面太热，所以才在室内播放音乐。关于那些只会说英语或俄语的服务员，我想指出，欢迎外国游客的想法固然很好，但这不应该以牺牲意大利游客的利益为代价。不过，我确实要表扬一下客房清洁人员，因为我当时带着一只小狗，它不能在烈日下待太久，而热心的清洁人员总是优先清洁我们的房间，确保房间在十点半之前就打扫干净了。
设施一流。早餐很棒。晚餐可以预订，自助餐35欧元。酒店离市中心较远。因为我们是开车，所以市中心有停车位。注意看指示牌，停车位就在利莫内（Limone）楼下。唯一的缺点是我们住的是高级湖景房，需要爬很多楼梯。我不知道行动不便的客人是否有其他选择。酒店有往返市区的班车（收费）。我宁愿多付点钱去停车场。
酒店环境宜人，庭院维护得非常好，泳池边摆放着许多躺椅和遮阳伞，大小适中，不过泳池没有暖气。房间和浴室略小，几乎没有储物空间。衣柜很舒服。玻璃阳台需要一些时间来适应；可惜我们不太喜欢。不过，景色还是很美的。酒店门前的道路交通繁忙，周末尤其拥堵，但考虑到酒店的位置，这点早已知晓，所以其实不值一提。最让人恼火的是摩托车，它们的轰鸣声非常大，非常吵。我们不会整天坐在阳台或泳池边，因为周围的环境实在太美了，不忍细细探索，所以一切都很完美。工作人员非常友好，无论是客房清洁人员还是餐厅员工，都非常周到。真的值得称赞；这在酒店里实属难得。早餐也无可挑剔，丰盛多样——一切都堪称完美。除了咖啡机里的咖啡需要排队之外——如果能再来一杯就更好了。对我来说，咖啡确实太浓了，让我胃痛心悸——抱歉，这里也有其他选择——所以还好。停车位充足。酒店并非单体酒店，而是与周围景观融为一体，呈阶梯状，只有两层——一楼和二楼。对于经验不足的人来说，从泳池和餐厅到高层客房的路可能有点费劲。酒店整体维护得很好，包括泳池区，还有一位友好的救生员值班，还提供饮品和小吃。餐厅的菜单每日更新——不妨试试。我们非常享受这次住宿，强烈推荐这家酒店。
唯有这令人叹为观止的景色，才让这次住宿如此意义非凡，也值回票价。最令人失望的是餐厅，除了那位（彬彬有礼且专业的）服务员。大多数服务员不会说意大利语。早餐种类丰富，甜咸皆宜，没什么可抱怨的。晚餐是自助餐（我在现场才知道这一点），这对于一个意大利人来说已经够讨厌的了。菜品种类繁多，摆盘精美，却毫无味道。一切都很美好，却乏善可陈，既不好也不坏。更令人失望的是八月中旬的晚餐：提供的是露台上的开胃酒和晚餐。开胃酒只有一杯饮料、薯条和其他几道开胃菜，摆放在指定区域。不仅如此，你甚至不能用小碗把任何东西带到餐桌上；你只能“放在餐巾纸上”（他们告诉我的）然后端到你的餐桌上。简直太疯狂了，而且每天400欧元的价格更是让人抓狂。晚餐需额外付费，通常为自助餐，并配有现场音乐。两位歌手的表演并非安排在所有酒店客人用餐的露台上，而是安排在餐厅内（一堵玻璃墙隔开），只有老板一家在场，他们与朋友们一起吃饭跳舞，庆祝这个夜晚。我从未见过如此粗俗无礼的场面。晚餐都是冷冻鱼类菜肴。唯有美景。
设施设计得不错。可惜的是，房间太小，太拥挤了。隔壁的房间几乎和你住同一间。房间毫无魅力，是中国宜必思风格。可惜的是，服务非常糟糕。餐厅几乎全是服务员。缺乏友好的沟通。前台人满为患，几乎不会说外语。最不方便的是：早餐只有一台自助咖啡机，导致排队。这在意大利是不可想象的，但这可能是故意为之，目的是为了减少咖啡消费。
