Staff really friendly, made accommodation for me to arrive out of hours and collect key through key safe, breakfast included which was cooked fresh, and staff very accommodating to dietary needs, free WIFI and speeds are good. Rooms clean and tidy with kettle facilities, staff provided plates and cutlery for evening takeaway order, gardens loverly to sit out in, in the evening sunset.

Very basic . Not very welcoming. Needs a paint up and a bit of modernisation. Don’t expect to be staying in the lovely house . We got a block down the road . We booked the Deluxe room for me night and the room had been battered . Bathroom was manky and stained . More like student digs .
