Very bad hotel with very poor manner from the staffs. I visited this friends for 1 night (thanks God it was only 1 night). We booked the hotel via Agoda and by the time we checked in, they informed us that the booking didn't exist. Eventhough we showed them the voucher code. After several arguments, they finally found our booking but not even say sorry, they even didn't give towel for the additional person that we have paid (with additional charge) . We will NOT return in this place.
