这个酒店位置太方便了，离心斋桥和大丸百货不行都十几分钟的路程，酒店非常适合多人入住，更巧的是东京行程我们定的是同一品牌，并且他们还有快递行李的业务，太方便了！房间非常干净，前台会介绍酒店的一些服务，一楼有洗衣房，需要付费！
如果是家庭旅行，需要住一起的话，这个酒店非常推荐，不是民宿，是酒店来的。房间里有四张床，算是空间比较大的房间了。走路去新斋桥也就最多5分钟，地铁也很方便，走路范围内还有24小时的超市，买菜回来做饭特别安逸。也有餐具，锅，电磁炉。卫生间干湿分离，独立浴室，泡澡很舒适，清洁状况也还行。
2大2小一家四口出行，酒店非常好，有上下床，有厨房，有冰箱，沙发，桌子，干净整洁，满足带两个孩子出行的各种需求。完成任务可以得金币到楼下换零食，小朋友们很开心。步行到心斋桥也方便方便，下次到大阪还会订这家。
孩子们十分满意这个酒店！交通特别方便！前台的工作人员都非常好！尤其是那个台湾帅哥（猜的）！给过来入住的客人提供了非常大的情绪价值！弥补了这次日本之旅中当地日本人带来的坏情绪！
房间非常整洁，厨具齐全（没错，是厨具），前台接待有来自各个语系母语的，总有一款适合你，没有交流障碍！服务非常好！在check out时（HANA SAN）还主动帮忙联系下家酒店是否可以寄存行李，简直太周到！
应该说现在思绪还留在日本，很开心能在这就酒店度过了一周的时光！从一进入酒店的大门，你就会觉得很温暖，前台接待的西班牙美女很热情，很高兴还能和她用法语沟通，她把每项设施，每个细节都介绍的很清楚！言谈中会深深感受到他们对于客人的关心，而且是发自内心的！还有那位台湾的姐姐，她说话轻声细语，也很温暖，在异国听到了熟悉的语言，特别感动…每天都有人打扫，很用心。酒店的位置也很好，离几个地铁站都近，尤其是离心斋桥更近，购物好选择的！希望下次还有机会入住！
家人一起出游，特意找的家庭房，两张单人床一张上下铺，面积在日本的酒店里算大的了，卫生间洗漱台和淋浴房都是分开的，地理位置很好，出门右转直走10分钟就到大丸百货，前台有中文服务很方便，还会送硬币可以兑换小零食什么的，总体很满意
一切都很完美……就是价格有点高……但在心斋桥要找一个适合大家庭入住的好位置，可能也别无选择了。
我们一家四口住得非常满意。酒店工作人员都非常亲切，而且用英语沟通也很顺畅，这点很好。房间很干净，尤其是我家孩子特别喜欢那张双层床。
另外，我不小心把钱包落在了酒店咖啡机那里，酒店员工帮我妥善保管了，非常感谢他们！
酒店员工非常友善，可以用日语和英语流利沟通。
即使是英语不太流利的韩国游客，他们也能充分理解并耐心解释。
最重要的是，酒店的地理位置、房间状况以及可以烹饪（电磁炉、平底锅）的设施都非常值得推荐。
地理位置优越，步行即可到达大丸百货（7-8分钟）、道顿堀（10分钟）和永旺超市（4分钟）。
特别是对于入住两天以上的客人，永旺超市就在附近，非常方便。
虽然离地铁站有一段说远不远的距离，但从另一个角度看，它正好位于市中心，所以可以选择的地铁站也很多。
房间里有一张双层床和两张单人床，对于一个四口之家来说，住起来非常舒适。
我不知道下次日本之旅是什么时候，但如果再来大阪，我会毫不犹豫地选择这家酒店。
