Great pizzas, solid Italian wine list, fabulous brekkie, lovely accommodation (almost boutique in its feel) in a lovely old building in the middle of town. The owner obviously has a clear vision of what he is hoping to achieve/offer and has nailed it. I would definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending it. Bravo.

We stopped at Top Joe’s while wandering around in Narberth and were not disappointed. They had gluten free bases which pleased my partner, and she felt this was one of the best she has had. The pizzas tasted amazing and service and hospitality was excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit.

If you want a proper unreal cocktail then… come here! Staff are lovely and welcoming, especially the owner/chef. Atmosphere is and ambience is fab. I highly recommend Top Joe's Townhouse & Pizzeria Narberth! 10/10! Oh and the cocktail I recommend is the Whiskey Sour!

Second visit to this great place .We stayed in the main building last time which was amazing and stayed in the coach house this time .Loved drinking a fab Italian wine on our terrace.Both rooms are excellent , comfy beds and individual designs that make it feel more personal.We didn't eat in the evening this time ( I had a tasty pasta dish on last stay )but had a fun time at the bar. Breakfast is superb .Thankyou to all the team ,we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated .Also the free onsite parking is a bonus.

Very nice atmosphere, good people. The vibe was warm and welcoming, making it a pleasure to spend time there. Everyone was friendly and approachable, which really enhanced the overall experience. A great place to relax and enjoy good company!

Fantastic guesthouse
Lovely compact room in the main building. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. One of the best cooked breakfasts we've had - excellent quality and nicely presented. Fantastic location on the high street in Narberth with on site parking. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back to stay another time.

Amazing find in Narberth! Thank you to the Top Joes Team for an amazing three night stay with the dogs. We stayed in Room 11 (superior room) which was both spacious, clean and well equipt. A perfect stay with our two goldens and ourselves. We ate at the restaurant twice, amazing pizza and pasta. Could not recommend enough. The Breakfast was also fabulous with a lovely spread of fruit and pasties and amazing eggs! The restaurant staff were also great. A special thank you to Riley, head of housekeeping and our key contact at the guesthouse who made our experience all the more wonderful. Thank you all!

We had a lovely stay at Top Joe's Townhouse in June. The staff were great, our room was cosy and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was really good - made from local/Welsh produce and all really delicious. The restaurant is also lovely - amazing pizza and pasta. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a weekend away in Narberth!

We received a friendly and helpful welcome and were shown to our room. This was comfortable but a bit dark. On two floors, there was plenty of space, but the en suite built into the corner of the bedroom was very compact and allowed little room to move or place a toilet bag or other items. Whilst this is a critical, we were in a standard room and there are others with much better facilities (and greater price) from what we can see. This does not detract from our 5 rating however, which is given because of the central convenient location, free private parking, the exceptionally helpful staff and the magnificent breakfast.
